After an extensive tendering process, Bowling Green Asset Management is pleased to announce its appointment to manage the 120 room former Grange Hotel in Bracknell. This engagement will involve collaborating closely with the ownership team to implement strategies aimed at enhancing revenue streams and executing a long-term rebranding initiative.

We are currently in discussions with a number of additional owners to provide similar asset management services and anticipate further announcements in due course.
