(Council of Talent) Is our unique approach to hospitality management which we bring to your business once we are onboard. Our ‘COT’ has five working groups: Commercial, Finance, Operations, ESG and Property, made up of specialist GMs, operations managers and senior HODs (Heads of Departments).
Specialists from each group come together to form a tailored task force that addresses each area in turn with a plan of action. This approach ensures no gaps in our strategy, from day-to-day operations to ESG compliance.
