As CEO of BGAM Hospitality, Jonny Levy leads the group’s overall strategy, operational platform, and day‑to‑day performance. With 18 years of experience across development, acquisitions, investment, and asset management, he has built BGAM’s operational infrastructure and modernised its approach to branded and independent hotel management.

Jonny’s leadership is deeply rooted in hospitality fundamentals and hands‑on operational involvement. He works closely with on‑property teams, ensuring that decision‑making is grounded in real operational realities and that service delivery remains consistently strong. His people‑centric approach prioritises capability‑building, empowered leadership, and a culture of accountability across every hotel.

He oversees the integration of systems, performance processes, teams, and portfolio‑wide operational standards — ensuring each hotel operates with clarity, responsiveness, and a strong service ethos. Jonny plays an active role in shaping team culture, developing future leaders, and maintaining a high‑performance environment where people feel supported and motivated.

His background includes senior and ownership roles in commercial real estate across the residential, office, and hospitality sectors, supported by academic credentials in International Economics at Loughborough University and Property Development.

Dalene Lazarus

Dalene drives the sales and business development efforts for BGAM Hospitality across the group.

As Head of Sales for a dynamic multi‑branded hotel portfolio spanning IHG, Accor, and Marriott, Dalene Lazarus leads the sales strategy and drives revenue growth through strong partnerships, market positioning, and cross‑functional alignment. With over a decade of hospitality sales leadership, she combines deep commercial insight with first‑hand operational experience gained from a career built entirely within the hotel sector.

Dalene’s roots in hospitality began with formal training at the Durban Institute of Technology, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Her career progressed through on‑property leadership at The Shakespear Hotel, followed by a pivotal move into revenue and sales management at Novotel Wolverhampton, where she oversaw performance across a 132‑bedroom property. Dalene then accelerated her portfolio‑level expertise as Regional Sales Manager for Fairview Hotels, fully involved in multi‑site commercial strategy, account management, and the coordination of sales activity across diverse assets.

Since joining BGAM Hospitality in 2019, Dalene has advanced to Group Director of Sales, where she leads sales strategy for a growing, multi‑brand portfolio. She brings a forward‑thinking, data‑led approach that leverages market trends, innovative sales tactics, and strong internal collaboration across sales, marketing, revenue, and operations. Her leadership style is rooted in empowerment, communication, and a belief in building cohesive commercial teams that drive sustainable business growth.

David Lane

David has over 20 years of experience in hospitality management, covering areas from global acquisitions to operating large, branded hotels.

David Lane brings over 20 years of hospitality experience across acquisitions, operational leadership, and the management of large branded hotels in both urban and resort environments. His background includes leading high‑volume MICE hotels and golf resorts, giving him deep insight into the commercial, technical, and people‑focused challenges unique to diverse business models.

He champions a people‑first operating culture, prioritising leadership development, empowerment, and accountability. By building capable and confident on‑property teams, David ensures alignment between service delivery, operational efficiency, and guest experience.

Combining hands‑on operational expertise with strong analytical skills, he works closely with hotel teams to turn data into practical improvements across payroll, service standards, revenue, and asset value. His collaborative leadership style encourages ownership at property level while maintaining a clear focus on delivering strong outcomes for guests, owners, and stakeholders.

David holds a BSc (Hons) in Hospitality Management from the University of Plymouth. His career began with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, where he spent 16 years across Europe and the Middle East before moving into UK leadership roles. In 2016, he joined IHG at Holiday Inn Salisbury Stonehenge, later supporting the hotel’s successful sale to BGAM and contributing to the growth of the group’s expanding portfolio.

Nick Northam brings over four decades of leadership experience across the UK, European, and international hospitality markets to his role as a Board Director at BGAM Hospitality.

Nick Northam brings over four decades of leadership experience across the UK, European, and international hospitality markets to his role as a Board Director at BGAM Hospitality.

A highly respected industry figure, he has led major single asset and multi asset hotel portfolios, driving operational excellence, asset performance, and strategic expansion across globally recognised hotel brands.

Previously, Nick served as Executive Vice President International for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, the international arm of Aimbridge Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio that grew to more than 100 hotels across the UK, Ireland, Continental Europe, and Russia/CIS. He also held senior operational and asset management roles before this, including 17 years at Whitbread as UK Operations Director overseeing over 70 Marriott branded hotels, and later as Vice President at Realstar Hotels, where he managed 38 assets within the 73 hotel IHG managed LRG UK portfolio.

Alongside his role at BGAM Hospitality, Nick contributes to the sector through academic engagement, including lecturing at the Glion Institute of Higher Education. He works closely with BGAM’s leadership team to shape strategic direction, support growth initiatives, and guide portfolio expansion. His breadth of operational, asset management, and international development experience continues to underpin BGAM’s ambition to deliver exceptional performance and long-term value across its hospitality investments.

Nick drives strategy as well as overseeing major projects from construction to IT systems to re-branding.

Nick Rubin ensures that BGAM’s investment strategy is translated into clear, practical, and commercially effective execution across the portfolio.

With a blended background in hotel operations, financial analysis, and asset management, he is responsible for turning business plans into measurable outcomes — from revenue strategies to cost frameworks, operational enhancements, and value‑creation initiatives.

Nick works at the intersection of strategy and practicality. He ensures that every hotel’s investment thesis aligns with real‑world operational capabilities while championing disciplined implementation and performance accountability.

His owner‑centric perspective ensures that operational decisions reflect financial objectives, brand fit, and long‑term asset value. Nick partners closely with both property‑level teams and the executive leadership group to deliver clarity, efficiency, and return‑focused outcomes across all assets. With over 20 years’ experience in the UK hospitality sector, she has built and transformed revenue functions for globally recognised brands including IHG, Marriott, Accor, Hilton, and Wyndham, as well as entrepreneurial owner‑led groups. Her leadership blends deep technical revenue expertise with a people‑focused style that builds high‑performing, commercially aligned teams.

Rebecca’s career spans senior roles such as UK Revenue Manager for Days Inn Hotels at Roadchef (2020–2023), United Kingdom Country Revenue Manager for Louvre Hotels Group (2010–2020), Cluster Revenue Manager for Hilton UK Hotels (2008–2010), and Revenue Manager roles at Hilton Milton Keynes and Macdonald/Mercure Parkside Hotel. Earlier positions in commercial, sales, and hospitality operations — including roles at Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises, AA Engineering Design Ltd, Disneyland Resort Paris, Lace Market Hotel, and the Nottingham City Posthouse Hotel — provided a strong commercial foundation across guest experience, distribution, and sales.

She brings extensive experience across leading hospitality systems including Opera & Opera Cloud, IDeaS RMS, Rezlynx, HotelKey, N2Pricing, CRS & GDS platforms, and a wide suite of revenue reporting and BI tools. Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Birmingham.

Having owned and operated hospitality businesses himself — and worked across advisory, operations, and transactions — he brings a true 360° understanding of how hotels create value.

His experience spans the full investment spectrum, from sub‑£10m single‑asset mandates through £150m+ portfolio transactions to £500m large‑scale platform deals covering the UK and EMEA region, underpinned by senior management and director roles at TRI Hospitality Consulting and CBRE Hotels. He has advised institutional landlords, banks, major private equity and real estate funds, as well as private offices and HNW investors, and has worked with all major international hotel brands from Economy to Luxury.

Known for his practical, people‑focused approach, Anu combines operational insight with strong asset‑management capabilities to help structure and deliver high‑impact and sustainable hospitality investment opportunities. Having worked across operational, corporate, and hotel investment real estate roles.

Anu holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey.

Jerome Belliard is a Chartered CIMA‑qualified finance leader with over 25 years’ experience across hospitality, asset management, and private‑equity‑backed hotel platforms in the UK and Europe. He specialises in financial governance, value creation, and performance optimisation, combining strong commercial insight with hands‑on operational execution.

His career includes senior roles across major operators and investment platforms, most recently leading a 29‑hotel post‑acquisition finance transformation programme for Amante Capital, the hospitality platform of KKR, where he delivered systems implementation, data migration, and post‑integration support. He previously oversaw asset‑level financial performance at Klarent Hospitality, supporting a £330m multi‑country portfolio and driving major reporting improvements and cost‑efficiency initiatives.

Prior to this, Jerome served as Vice President of Finance at EQ Group, leading finance operations across UK and French hotels, improving EBITDA delivery, overseeing post‑acquisition systems integration, and managing investor reporting across PE‑backed assets. His earlier finance leadership roles with Hilton, GLH, Morgans Hotel Group, and others give him a well‑rounded operational and asset‑management perspective.

He is fluent in French and English and holds additional specialist credentials in hotel real estate investment from Cornell University.
