PEOPLE

Jamie is the CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer) for BGAM Hospitality, driving the asset management arm growth and acquisition.
He has enjoyed a 25-year career in business development and commercial, where he helped found and grow several successful property agencies, before moving into hospitality. Throughout his career, Jamie has completed several large and complicated transactions, whilst managing to maintain an impressively full head of hair for a middle-aged man.
Outside of work, Jamie loves the great outdoors and family life. Amongst his passions are skiing, mountain biking and now golf, as well as walking his French bulldog, Ian through the fields of Hertfordshire. An avid learner, he is now also studying to become a hypno-psychotherapist (with a particular interest in sleep)

Nicholas Northam is a Non-Executive Director at BGAM. Nicholas has a wide and varied experience of the industry gained from over 40 years’ working within hotels and hospitality. He has significant operations expertise from his time with Whitbread and Marriott as well as a great understanding of the Owners’ perspective from his time with Realstar, the asset management arm of LRG which owned the UK IHG portfolio for 10 years. Most recently and before he retired, he ran Europe’s largest third-party management company as Executive Vice President of Interstate International (now Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA).

Jonny is the CEO of BGAM Hotels and manages the day-to-day activities across the group. He built his career with senior positions in asset management and development before co-founding BGAM in 2017. In addition to BGAM, Jonny also owns and manages Fidens Partners and Fidens Studios, providing short-term rent and leases of sizable buildings to the creative industries – including US studios for UK productions.
Jonny lives with his family in North London and is a keen skier, often found on the slopes over the winter months and mountain biking during the summer.

Nick is our CSO (Chief Strategy Officer). As part of the senior leadership team, he helps drive the strategic direction for BGAM’s acquisitions, as well as taking the lead on big strategic projects, ranging from IT systems to re-branding.
Before becoming a co-founder of BGAM, Nick’s 15-year career spanned a variety of roles across hospitality, property, and recruitment. He also owns and operates student accommodation across the UK, cementing his knowledge and exposure in a wide variety of hospitality sectors.
When Nick isn’t working, he is likely to be watching Southend United, skiing, entertaining his children and cooking up feasts for all the family, or taking his crazy boxer dog, Rossi, on walks around London.
